By accessing vaelith.co (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & qualified researcher status

The Site and all products are offered exclusively to persons who are at least 21 years of age and who are qualified researchers, research institutions, or their authorized purchasing agents. By registering or ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Research use only

All products sold by Vaelith are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of any product in compliance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is mispriced or out of stock. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We currently accept Zelle and cryptocurrency; only use the payment details displayed at checkout for your specific order.

5. Product information

We work to describe products, strengths, and stock accurately, and each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis where available. We do not warrant that all descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

6. Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, importing, possessing, and using research compounds in your jurisdiction. You agree not to resell or redistribute products for any non-research purpose, and not to represent them as fit for human or veterinary use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaelith and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaelith from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
