Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment once payment has cleared. Because we accept Zelle and cryptocurrency, processing begins after the payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation and, once your order ships, tracking by email.
Packaging & cold shipping
Our products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials, which are stable at room temperature for transit. For that reason standard shipments do not require cold packs. Cold storage is only needed after a vial is reconstituted, at which point it should be refrigerated. Vials are packed discreetly and protected against damage in transit.
Shipping times
Domestic orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. Delivery time thereafter depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking is provided so you can follow your shipment.
Storage on arrival
Store lyophilized vials in a cool, dark place away from light. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within the window appropriate for the compound. Refer to each product page and its Certificate of Analysis for specifics.
Returns & damaged shipments
Because these are research compounds, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used product for safety and integrity reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at info@vaelith.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delayed or lost, reach out and we'll help open a trace with the carrier and determine the best resolution.
You are responsible for ensuring research compounds may lawfully be shipped to and received at your address. Vaelith is not responsible for shipments seized or refused due to local restrictions.
